  
Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale Extravecchio - This is a Balsamico that is sanctioned by the Modena Consorzio to be the result of twenty-five years of barrel aging, hence it is astonishingly textured and deeply flavorful. It adds great dimension to any dish (foie gras, parmigiano reggiano or perfect strawberries), and, indulgently, is also traditionally sipped as a digestivo all by itself.
