  
Oleificio Chianti Olio di Oliva - This is a blended oil whose deep green color reflects its 40% extra virgin content. Its ample, but gentle olive character, and medium viscosity make it delicious in salads, and mayonnaises. It is, however, also light enough for sautéeing all kinds of vegetable, meat and fish preparations.
